When filling out your application, when asked "How did you hear about us?" You must select "Locator or Apartment Locator" and "Apartment Locators of Texas" as your referral source on your lease application. 

Once lease is approved, you need to provide us with the information below.

The Move-In Gift Card will be funded with the referral fee paid to us by the apartment community you lease.
